Soft Girl Era Meets CEO Energy: Building Your Dream Life Without Burning Out

Here’s your permission slip to be soft and strong.

To dream big and rest well.

To chase the life you want without chasing your worth.

Somewhere along the way, we were told we had to choose: be successful or be soft. Build a business or protect your peace. Hustle or heal. But what if you could do both — in a way that felt good?

I’m still learning this in real time.

I finished my bachelor’s, worked for an amazing company, traveled the world, got married, moved to my dream state… and still found myself wondering: Am I doing enough? Am I enough?

That’s when it clicked. I didn’t want to build someone else’s dream anymore. I wanted to build mine.

But building your dream isn’t always glamorous — especially when you care about your mental health, your relationships, and staying grounded through it all.

So What Does It Mean to Blend Soft Girl Era with CEO Energy?

It means you know your goals and your boundaries.

You crave success and still light a candle before bed.

You’re chasing dreams, but not at the cost of your well-being.

Here are some ways I’m learning to live in both:

1. Affirmation Mornings + Calendar Blocking

I start my day with something soft — a journal, an affirmation, a walk with my thoughts. Then I set one clear goal for my day. One step at a time. That’s CEO energy rooted in clarity, not chaos.

2. Cozy Routines + Revenue Goals

Yes, I track sales. But I also celebrate slow mornings, tea breaks, and days where I don’t feel “on.” I’ve learned that my energy is my best resource — not just my output.

3. Journaling to Stay Clear

Whenever I feel stuck, I write. I don’t always get answers, but I get honesty. That’s part of the process. You can’t grow a dream you’re disconnected from.

4. Dream Big, Don’t Rush

Just because it’s taking time doesn’t mean it’s not working. MoSmiles was built in quiet moments, in between jobs, during low-energy weeks. It’s still growing — and so am I.

5. Saying No to Protect My Yes

Every no I say (to comparison, overbooking, or self-doubt) protects the yes I give to myself. That’s powerful. That’s CEO energy wrapped in self-love.

A Note From Me to You

I’m not here because I have it all figured out — I’m here because I know how it feels to want more, but want it differently. If you’re a sensitive go-getter trying to build something meaningful without losing yourself in the process, I see you.

That’s what MoSmiles was born from — the belief that you can build with softness. That you can make impact and keep your peace. That your dreams don’t have to look like anyone else’s.

Tiny Nudge to Carry With You:

You’re allowed to slow down and still level up.

Your softness isn’t a weakness — it’s your edge.

You’re doing better than you think.
