How Long Does Shipping Take?
We’re a one woman show, but we work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible! Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. If, for any reason, we experience delays, we’ll always keep you informed.

How Do I Wash My Items?
Many of our products are embroidered, so proper care is key to keeping them looking great for years to come! To extend the life of your items, we recommend washing them inside out and either air drying or tumble drying on low.
Normal wear and tear is expected over time, but our products are made with quality in mind—designed to bring you many smiles!
What If I Entered the Wrong Address or Something Is Wrong with My Order?
If you notice a mistake with your order, reach out to me as soon as possible! If I catch your email before your order ships, there’s a chance I can fix it in time. However, please keep in mind that I respond within 24-48 hours, so the sooner you reach out, the better!
If your order has already shipped, don’t worry—we’ll figure it out together! There are a few ways we can handle this situation, and I’ll do my best to help you find a solution. Just send me a message, and we’ll get it sorted!
Do You Offer International Shipping?
Yes, we do! International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. We know shipping costs can be high, so we really appreciate your support and love for MoSmiles!
Please note that international orders take longer to arrive, so expect a longer shipping window. Just like U.S. orders, we’ll always aim to ship within 1-3 business days and keep an eye on tracking to ensure your package is on its way. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
